Summary0000981: Some thai characters are missing in major objects's names
DescriptionI have test thai translation (with skychart.th.po file downloaded from Launchpad) and found that some characters in major objects's names are missing.

As only first 6 characters are displayed, I suspected that it might be due to limited space.

This is fixed by revision 2189.
The length limit was for compatibility with an old dll no more used by the program.
