DescriptionThe next time after 20h59m59s is 20h59m60s. I tried this for different hours and the results are the same.
Steps To ReproduceSet time to 20h59m59s. Set step to 1 second. Step to next time increment and the result is 20h59m60s. After that is 21h00m01s which is fine.

I cannot reproduce the problem, for me it always change to 21h00m00s
Can you try with tomorrow snapshot.
If you still have the problem please upload you configuration file located at
C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Local\Skychart\skychart.ini

 To reproduce the problem go to Date/Time window, set the time to any hour, any minute, 59 seconds and click apply.
After that increase the last decimal of JD value of 6. This corresponds to something like 59,6 seconds, that in the main window is rounded to 60.
