====== Switch Tool ======

This tool show and let you change the status of the different switch.

Each tab correspond to a switch box driver connection defined in the [[devices_setup#switch|Device setup, Switch]].

The list of individual switch is returned by each driver, you can configure them in the driver setup.

When you click on a checkbox the state of the switch is immediately modified by the driver.\\
To change a numeric value, edit the number and click the {{:en:documentation:tool_switch_button.png|}} button.\\
Box without this button or grayed checkbox cannot be modified, this is indicator gauge that report a value. 

Click the {{:en:documentation:pin.png|}} button to detach the tool to a new window you can enlarge to show everything.

It is possible to right click on a row to copy the exact switch name to the clipboard. This is particularly useful when writing script to control INDI switches.
