|Summary||0001854: Option to includeCamera Cooler Set point in the image filename.|
|Description||My camera only cools to ~-10 below ambient. As a result I change camera setpoint 2-3 times through the night, often in the middle of a sequence. It would make post processing much easier in selecting the correct Dark frame.|
Probably too much trouble but having the program reset the cooler temp based on current temp falling below preset would really nice.
Thanks for your consideration.

I add and option to include the camera temperature (rounded to the tenth) in the filename:
But this is the real temperature at the end of the exposure, as already present in the FITS header.
I not see the interest to indicate the Setpoint value as it can be totally unrelated to the required dark if the cooler cannot reach this point.
||I also not see how to detect automatically that the setpoint can be changed, normally the regulator prevent the temperature to fall below the preset by lowering the cooling power.|
The Temp setting works well except its placed before the date-time portion of the filename; That creates a Filename name sorting issue. Windows sorts on the slightly variable temp that is recorded (ie. 5.1C, 4.8C) and sub sorts the date-time AFTER that. My reduction programs that automate reduction use the filename as opposed to the Fits header to order the images in a series.
If its possible to have the Temp as the last part of the name thus keeping the sorting of Date-Time as the primary order?
For a long time I have the project to allow to reorder the elements of the name and folder as wanted, this is a good time to do that :)
Now you can drag and drop the rows as you want using the sequence column.
This is in revision 723:
And version 0.9.20 is now available with this change.
