Summary	0001877: Colors of CCDciel are not fully folllowing Windows theme colors
Description	v 0.9.22, windows version The tools caption text color seems to be fixed black. Selection of an other theme doesn't seems to help to change the color to white. The black text is very difficult to see if the monitor is used in the dark or with red front. Suggest to link the caption text color to one of the Windows colors similar as the other text. See attached screen shot
