| Description | (See previous bug from me) In response to failure of 3.11 (see previous bug report from me) I tried skychart-3.10-2854-windows.exe instead. Executing StarChart.exe displays the following alert: "Initialization Error: Failed to Execute (2)". Selecting "Close" displays a blank program window. Behavior is same as in previous bug report. | ||||
