Where do you find the position reference? Are you sure you compare the position for the same epoch?

I compare the geocentric position for August 26 at 0hUT.
CdC :
Mean J2000 RA: 18h46m52.31s DE:-20°30'26.4"

JPL Horizon:
Date__(UT)__HR:MN R.A._(ICRF/J2000.0)_DEC
2014-Aug-26 00:00 18 46 52.29 -20 30 26.3

So this match to less than 0.1"

Just a complement, the small difference above is because of the DE405 ephemeris installed by default with CdC.
Adding the DE430 ephemeris the result is exactly the same as Horizon to the tenth of arcsecond:

Ephemeris: DE430
Mean J2000 RA: 18h46m52.29s DE:-20°30'26.3"
