DescriptionChange the program language and subsequent recovery, leading to incomplete translation of menu bars.
Steps To Reproduce1. the default system Language Russian. Menu translated in accordance with the file skychart.ru.po.

2. change the program language to EN-English. Click apply.

3. change the language back to the RU-Russian (or click reset language).

4. some of the menu bar will remain with the English text.
