Summary	0001577: ARC and ARC Zenital options not available on Field Numbers 9 and 10
Description	Chart, coordinates>Projection>Projection pull-down ARC and ARC Zenital options not available on Field Numbers 9 and 10, but ARC and ARC Zenital are available if open a previously made cdc3 chart. Problem started after loading latest beta version but went back to 3.10 because the charts made previously do not correspond to the projections available. 311 sn 3165 doesn't have ARC Zenital options for Field Numbers 9 and 10
Steps To Reproduce	Check the Chart, coordinates>Projection>Projection pull-down for problems when apply new projections. After testing I exited and had an unhandled exception.

Patrick Chevalley 16-12-03 10:52 administrator ~0003459	I do that because the other projections like Hammer-Aitoff are much better for very large fov. But there is no technical limit to use ARC up to 360° so if you like extreme distortion (opposite point mapped to whole circumference) I can remove this limitation.
