I suppose this is the 64 bit version ?

Look in the install directory, C:\Program Files\Ciel\
Are the two files libssl-3-x64.dll and libcrypto-3-x64.dll present as in the attached screenshot ?
Also confirm the files date and size.

Thank you for your response, Patrick.

Yes, that is the 64-bit version. I have these files present (SSL files attachment).

I have tried on another PC computer with Windows 11 and there is also a download error, although the error message is different (SSL error attachment).

I also removed the 64-bit version and installed 32-bit and the error is the same.

For the first error it is possible some antivirus block the dll because they are more than two years old and for some application (not CdC) they can be sensitive.
I update them to the last available version and make a new package.
Can you try with the version 4.3-4914 available from https://vega.ap-i.net/pub/skychart/daily_build/

Not sure if the second error is related, Microsoft description of the error is:
WSASYSNOTREADY Network subsystem is unavailable.
This error is returned by WSAStartup if the Windows Sockets implementation cannot function at this time because the underlying system it uses to provide network services is currently unavailable.

Hi Patrick,

I am sorry for that false alarm - the problem was in my router ASUS AX XT8. Apparently, AI Protection is finding downloads.sourceforge.net as a thread of type "Disease Vector".

Once I added this site to the allowed list in my router settings, everything worked fine.

AI Protection in Asus routers works on Trendmicro software and https://global.sitesafety.trendmicro.com/ finds downloads.sourceforge.net as dangerous:

Hi Lucas,
Thank you to find that, I may have searched for a long time in the code :)

The strange point is if you put the full URL to one of my files it say it is safe. I can probably not understand AI.

Is it OK for you if I close the issue?

Yes, of course, the issue is to be closed. That is not a CdC problem.
