For example some Device names are longer than the default column width (see attached screenshot)

If the colum width and main window frame is widened to accomodate it, INDIStarter defualts back to original column and window size when next run

Request is for column widths and window size to be remembered

Steps To ReproduceOpen INDIStarter
Adjust column width(s)
Adjust main window size to suit wider column widths
Close INDIStarter
Re-open INDIStarter
