| Description | Is it possible to choose English for the menus and some other language for the chart charts? I don't see this functionality in the software, but I think it would be useful for some users. | ||||

I only see the constellation names that is translatable on the chart. Do I miss something else? The common star name can also be translated but it is only available in Icelandic and Russian at the moment. I think that many people prefer the "official" name here. For the constellation you can already choose Latin or translated name. Maybe I can add a list box to select the language? |

I believe solar system objects are also translated. How can I choose translated names for the constellations? Is it possible to have the menus in English at the same time? It would be nice to be able to choose translated names for stars too. |

This is difficult to change for solar system object because the name are part of the main translation file along with all the menu text. I am not sure of the general interest for this feature. Can you explain a little more about your needs? Because depending on what you needs there is maybe some solution that not require change in the program code. |

It would be helpful to have English menus and at the same time translated charts (constellations, solar system objects, stars etc). But this is not a real need and I can live with the English menus and charts. I understand are you have more important issues to look into for now. |
