| Steps To Reproduce | 1. Add new observatory information including lat/long, country, and timezone. I used Canada and America/Vancouver timezone.
2. Click the apply button
Result: the country changed to Afganistan and the timezone to America/St. Johns

| Additional Information | Closing the the observatory dialog and re-opening it sometimes seems to change the lat/long to that of Kabul. If haven't yet been able set up an observatory with the correct lat/long and timezone info. |
