Summary0001401: Observatory setup changes country and timezone when APPLY clicked
DescriptionThe observatory dialog and settings get messed up on a mac osx using skychart-3.11-3084-i386-macosx
Steps To Reproduce1. Add new observatory information including lat/long, country, and timezone. I used Canada and America/Vancouver timezone.
2. Click the apply button

Result: the country changed to Afganistan and the timezone to America/St. Johns

See attached screenshot.
Additional InformationClosing the the observatory dialog and re-opening it sometimes seems to change the lat/long to that of Kabul. If haven't yet been able set up an observatory with the correct lat/long and timezone info.

This is fixed after the interface update from Carbon to Qt/Cocoa.
You must not have this problem with the last beta version.
