If I understand this is to use the pictures as annotation or decoration. You say about x-y offset but not RA-DEC position. With no RA-DEC this is of very limited use. Is this really what you need ? |

RA-DEC could be used, but perhaps coordinates such as in the cln files, although I don't understand how they are based on. Changing dates causes changes in RA-DEC so finding a fixed position in the fixed stars would be good. |
