This is the right procedure.
But you probably not need every third party drivers so "apt-get install libindi1 indi-bin" is probably sufficient.

I just "apt-get upgrade" and this same file libindi1_1.4.1+r3154~201707020139~ubuntu17.04.1_amd64.deb install without problem.

Can you try again if it was a transient problem or try tomorrow with the next version.
If it still not work you can ask for help in the Indi forum.

Yes, you are correct. After repeated procedure few minutes ago, all is installed fine.

Only left part is now to install indistarter, as noted here:
http://www.ap-i.net/mantis/view.php?id=1738

My intention is actually to test only "Telescope Simulator" with CDC.

0001738 must be solved now.

The telescope simulator is with the base drivers, so you not need indi-full.

The indi simulators are very powerful and I use them every time for development and testing.
A great addition is to install the gsc package (apt install gsc), this way the camera simulator show you the stars were the telescope simulator is pointing.
Send me a private email if you need more info.
