Summary	0002178: Mosaic building close to celestial poles.
Description	The unreleased version of mosaic design can be improved. The tiles near the celestial poles are too close to each other, not compensating for the fact that the RA lines near the poles are closer to each other. The angular distance between the tiles should be equal (delta RA/cos(DEC) )

Patrick Chevalley 19-08-31 11:35 administrator ~0005896	Yes, I compensate for cos(DEC) using DEC for the central frame. This is insufficient near the pole, I will change to use cos(DEC) for each band.
