Well, replacing the URL with an old version to be found on: https://web.archive.org/web/20170829210649/https://www.prismnet.com/~mmccants/programs/qsmag.zip works on Windows 10 but fails on Debian armhf (which complains about missing TLE, despite visual.txt from Celestrak being downloaded and in place). |

Thank you to report the issue. It is good the file is back but I will make a change so an error for this file do not break the TLE update. |
