This is because it cannot load sqlite3.dll Please check this file is present in Program Files\Ciel\ If not try to reinstall the program. Also check your antivirus software do not remove or block this file. |

Thank you to find this solution. This is a strange behavior. I have updated the dll to the last available version in the new 4.3 daily build https://vega.ap-i.net/tmp/skychart/ Maybe this can help to not get this error. |
