| Summary | 0001154: Fails to download comet file due to wrong filename string |

| Description | When I attempt to download comet file data, the systems reports 404 error -- file missing. File is there because I can download from another PC with CDC 3.7. I can also use the downloaded file in CDC 3.8 as a "local file".
It appears the filename should be "Soft00Cmt.txt". CDC 3.8 asks for file "S" and the remainder of the filename is clipped.
(Should the filename be user editable? It's not.) |

| Steps To Reproduce | Setup -> Solar System... -> Comet -> Load MPC File -> Download -> Download -> (wait) -> Error reported by MPC. |

| Additional Information | I don't think this is part of the problem but the PC with CDC 3.7 is Windows XP. I plan to update the older CDC version to the newest but this comet file problem forces me to keep the older version so I can update comets.
