| Description | I frequently like to instantly change date and time to different eras. A hot-key to access the Date/Time setup panel would be so useful. Another very useful hot key would be for the catalog panel. Too many mouse clicks to get to this when I want to quickly switch catalogs. Better still how about a facility where we could customize hot-keys for our on favorites! | ||||

The main menu as already accelerator keys for every items. For each menu entry the corresponding key is underlined. So to open the Date/time setup press the keys Alt+S , then D. For the Catalogs Alt+S, C. As every function as already a shortcut I don't think it is necessary to add some customization function. The problem now is that the accelerator key is always the first letter of the menu entry. In case of duplicate you have to press the key again to go to the next entry and press Enter when you are on the right one.
