Summary	0001607: Crash when selecting Settings \| All settings
Description	When selecting Settings \| All Settings dialog opens (see attachment). There is OK button have no effect or Cancel to close Skychart program.
Steps To Reproduce	Menu Settings \| All Settings and problem appears.
Additional Information	I have started Skychart from terminal. See attachment what happens when problem appears. Tested on Ubuntu 16.04 using PPA. Help \| About version: Version 3.11-svn-3433 2017/01/16 10:32:38.

grof 17-01-16 17:54 reporter ~0003535	I am pretty sure (but not 100%) this option was working fine in previous week 2017-01-09 update.

Patrick Chevalley 17-01-17 13:16 administrator ~0003536	Look like a bug with previous Lazarus version that include too much detail about included frame. This is fixed by revision 3435: https://sourceforge.net/p/skychart/code/3435/
