| Description | I'm running 64 bit Fedora 35. It is fully up-to-date using their UPDATES-TESTING repos. I have INDI, INDI-3rdparty, SKYCHART, CCDCIEL, INDISTARTER and EQMOD up-to-date and built from GIT source. I run a remote indiserver with seven (7) devices. When I CONNECT to an ASI120MM-S guide camera both the clientside INDIstarter gui and INDIclient gui freeze, though both are still active. A ssh to the remote and a ps -eH | grep indi confirms this. A subsequent start of another clientside INDIclient gui is successful and I can use it to status check, modify settings, CONNECT or DISCONNECT as necessary. | ||||

I already have an open issue for that in the CCDciel section: https://www.ap-i.net/mantis/view.php?id=2517 I prefer if we can group all the action in this other report. To get notified of new notes click the Monitor button in the link above. This issue is specific to ASI camera with INDI 1.9.5 but I cannot test myself because I not use this camera. For now I am very interested if you can follow the steps in my last note and upload the file. |
