| Description | When you click on "Add" in the configuration window for the CatGen-catalogs, the folowing line appears multiple times in the terminal: NOTE: TGtkWidgetSet.InvalidateRect during paint message: TStringGrid The opening window for the catalog-header is not usable and the configuration window does not respond to clicks on the "OK", Apply" and "Cancel"-Buttons until you switch to another tab. But it is still possible to enter name and path of the catalog by hand. Sometimes neither this nor switching to another tab works, so you have to kill the program. | ||||

External catalogs seem to be a problem, compared to 2.7.6. I don't know how to add - for example - the Shapeless HII catalog. Help or a simple procedure to imbed the old files (contained in shhii.zip for example) would be appreciated. |

Is there a workaround, e.g. the name of a file where the catalogue path/.hdr file name can be inserted manually? I generated a Marathon cat. under windows and transferred the files to my UBUNTU 8.0.4 PC to /..../cat/externes/marathon & should like to test & use it. |

Original problem is fixed by revision 934: http://svn.origo.ethz.ch/viewvc/skychart?view=rev&revision=934 To add a text catalog the V3.0 way is to use the "Text file catalog" option of Catgen. |
