I did try to reproduce this, but I didn't find this problem here. (Windows XP, SP3) |

This is because you have selected "use system time" in the Date/Time windows. Every time you click on "more stars" or "less stars" or any other button the chart is refreshed to the new time. But I admit the behaviour is strange: the chart must not rotate at all in all sky mode. Only displayed objects must be refreshed. So I propose to fix coordinates in all sky mode so that south is bottom and north at top. |

This is probably because the orientation is undefined when the zenith is exactly at the chart center. Adding a small offset solve the problem. |

This was fixed recently with a change to the way the chart move when a pole is near the chart center. |
