| Description | A funny one, that exists in all previous versions. Someone (sorry, forgot your name) yesterday mentioned a bug that reminded me of this one. See the "steps to reproduce" for the details. Also, maybe it can be useful to have the possibility to add Alt-Az grid to a chart displayed in RA-Dec coordinates system. | ||||
| Steps To Reproduce | 1. Choose a FOV were CdC will display grids. With the standard settings, a FOV of 90 degrees will do. 2. Set CdC to display the chart according to the Alt-Az coordinate system. (from the menu: Chart -> Alt-Az Coordinate, or by clicking the appropriate button at the left bar.) 3. Set CdC to display the equatorial grid. (From the menu: Chart -> Lines/Grid -> Add equatorial grid, or a click on the "Show equatorial grid" button at the objects bar). Now the equatorial grid will be displayed. It is not necessary to activate the display of the Alt-Az grid. 4. Now set CdC to display the chart according to the RA-Dec coordinate system. (from the menu: Chart -> Coordinate System -> Equatorial Coordinate, or by a click on the button "Equatorial Coordinate" at the left bar.) 5. Now try to stop the display of the (equatorial) grid. From the menu, you can click: Chart -> Lines/Grid -> Show coordinate grid. It is the same by a click on the "Show coordinate grid" button on the objects bar. This button displays the status changes, only the coordinate grid will be displayed regardless of the status. | ||||
