| Description | Feature Request: It would be extremely useful to have two buttons on the main window. Pressing the first would rotate the Finder Rectangles by say 5 degrees clockwise, the other would rotate the Finder Rectangles 5 degress anticlockwise. This would enable you to frame scenes whilst planning an evening of astrophotography. At the moment I think you need to keep going into the Settings / Display / Finder Rectangles menu and doing manual changes. Thanks! | ||||

I think I filed something similar. I'm glad to see Simon wants this too. As it's possible to rotate an OAG separately from the imaging camera it would be great if each CCD rectangle could be rotated separately. I think I suggested a mouse interface. Something like 'grab the CCD rectangle with the mouse (click and drag) and free rotate it around the center'. |

This will be available with next Monday snapshot. Use Shift+C to select camera, Shift+G to select guider, Shift+S to select both. Then left and right arrow rotate the selected part. Press one of this key again or redraw the chart to return to normal cursor mode. Camera is the biggest rectangle with null offset. Guider is the first circle or rectangle with non null offset.
