| Summary | 0000975: Observatory: "Zone du pays" selection | ||||
| Description | When setting "Zone du pays" to "United States - New Mexico", the Observatory dialog still prompts you to choose other time zones (from Eastern time to Pacific time and also Hawai and Alaska). Not very logic and helpful. | ||||

This is unfortunately not possible to change because there is no clear relation between State and timezone. In some case different cities in the same State use different timezone and this often change over time. With the doubt I prefer to show more entries than necessary instead to hide a required one. This map help to understand the problem, not only the US but also Brazil and Russia look very fragmented: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Tz_map_world2009r_efeledotnet.png |
