Summary0001111: Display pictures via server commands
DescriptionI plan to write a web interface to interact with CdC. So, I would like to use server commands to show/hide plate-solved background images and object images on-the-fly. The idea of server commands is like this

1)BACKGROUND ON
To show a plate-solved image as a background, it is equivalent to
- Setup > Pictures > Background > Check - Show this pictures > Apply
The filename can be fixed.

2) BACKGROUND OFF
To disable the background, it is equivalent to
- Setup > Pictures > Background > Uncheck - Show this pictures > Apply

3) IMAGE ON
To show SAC image, it is equivalent to
- Setup > Pictures > Objects > Check - Show object pictures on the chart > Apply

4) IMAGE OFF
To show SAC image, it is equivalent to
- Setup > Pictures > Objects > Unheck - Show object pictures on the chart > Apply

Add the command SHOWBGIMAGE and SHOWPICTURE in revision 2365
http://sourceforge.net/p/skychart/code/2365/

This also fix the the use of the background image button.

Documentation is updated with the new server command added to 3.7:
