Description	DE430 and DE431 not mentioned in the documentation In the documentation at http://www.ap-i.net/skychart/en/documentation/solar_system it appears that DE430 and DE431 need to be added to the Ephemeris section, since the program can utilize those files now.

This is planned but I want first update the wiki localization plugin and this required a rename of every wiki page not written in english. I rename this issue to make it more general about the 3.9 documentation.
